4th of July Table

Kate Spade diner dishes from a few years ago.

Blooms in red, white, and blue.
Flags in old soda bottles.

Balloon morning.
Fourth of July crêpe breakfast.
Made pasta salad and flag cake.
Cookout with college kiddos at the grandparents' home.
Keith Urban/Fireworks/Patriotic program with grandparents and the littles.

Happy birthday US of A.
Thankful for our time of service in the military.
Thankful for the sacrifices of all those who served.
Thankful for those who currently serve.

Love that the 4th is all about freedom and family.

Memorial Day

Happy Memorial Day.
This is a little flashback to 2016.

Today we are having a cookout with extended family.
I'm not hosting, so no new tablescape here.

Have a lovely day celebrating loved ones, service men and women, and
creating traditions with the people you love most.

Gardening Centerpiece

This sweet little vintage seed box makes a fun centerpiece.
(Thinking of using it for a Mother's Day table.)

Here are a few of our Spring/Easter tables over the last few years.

Orange and green --

Silver and gold with pastels --

Greens and blues --

Florals and green --

Loving this addition to our spring dishes.
I adore Beatrix Potter's artwork.

Peter Rabbit

So excited to add these Peter Rabbit plates to our spring table settings!

I bought enough for our table, and then an extra to put out in the garden shed.
(Early morning light before the sun in up.)

Not dish/table related, but this is my garden shed.
(You'll hear me called it Hummingbird Cottage.)

Happy Easter weekend.

Favorites for Spring!

Spring themed dishes (and Christmas themed dishes) are my favorites.
These are some that I've added to my collection over the past few years.

After holiday sales are the best, and companies usually care dinnerware
for more than one season. That makes it nice for adding a few more pieces each year.
